- Your name;
- Product number/Colour/Size;
- Brief description of the issue that you are encountering with the product;
- A photo, in jpeg format, of the front and back of the article in question ensuring it is fully visible in the photograph;
- Photos, in jpeg format, of the defective area, but not too close, ensuring it is fully visible in the photograph;
- Copy of the original proof of purchase.
Once we receive your email, we will reach out to you with the next steps to follow. Warranty claim shipments sent in without prior approval will be returned to the sender.
