If you have chosen standard home delivery, DPD will leave a parcel notification card. It explains how you can take delivery of your shipment quickly and conveniently (parcel has been deposited at a specified location, or can be collected from a neighbour or a Pickup parcelshop).
If you have chosen express home delivery, TNT will contact you to schedule a new delivery.
