The referrer receives their reward when the referred person makes a purchase on the website of one of our brands (Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, RVCA, Element, Billabong) using their personal code. The reward is granted once the 45-day return period has passed. You will be notified by email when your friend has placed their first order, and then receive a confirmation email once your reward has been credited to your account. To be valid, the personal code must have been used and the order must not have been returned.
