You should allow an average of 10 working days* (*excluding weekends and UK public holidays) following receipt of your parcel at our warehouse for your return to be processed and the refund to be made.
We will then send an automatic confirmation e-mail to you.
If, after this period, you have still received no refund confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service and notify us of a tracking number (for example, the number given to you by your postal service) or, failing this, proof of consignment, together with the references of the returned items. If no such proof is provided, we will be unable to respond to your request.
I still haven’t received my refund 22 days after returning my order. I have raised several requests for information but nobody replies. How do I contact Customer Service other than going round in circles on this site?
I am in a similar position to the person posting above. It has been 16 days since posting my return which I can see has been delivered to the returns address and signed for on 10-03-21 at 8:58 am.
I am unable to get through to customer service to find out where my refund is with no indication of how long I'd have to wait at all. I understand there are disturbances from global events but surely communication can be improved upon. This is my first time purchasing with Billabong and it's unlikely that I would do so again after this.
I feel for you Rachael - and the numerous others who have posted on Trustpilot about the same issues with Billabong UK. Their comments don’t inspire confidence. I emailed Billabong Australia Customer Service a few days ago as you’d think, being the global HQ of a supposedly prestigious brand, they would be concerned about the UK operation being so poor. So far I’ve heard nothing from them either. I shall definitely pursue this though.
I am in the same position. Returned my goods on May 19th and have proof of delivery. HAve contacted them three times, tweeted them...nothing.
Did you ever get your refund? I am worried now and it is a lot of money.
